Will I still need Pet Insurance?
The VetLove VIP & Tiny Paws club is not a replacement for pet insurance. Our club provides everything your pet needs to stay healthy. Pet Insurance is a great option for those unforeseen after-hours emergencies which we hope your pet never has. We do suggest you still take out pet insurance, but always read the product disclosure statements.
Can I use my memberships at any VetLove clinic?
Yes, your membership can be used at any of our clinics, and if your local clinic is closed you can still visit our clinics that are open longer hours and weekends.
I have a puppy or kitten, will the VIP & Tiny Paws membership cover all their vaccinations?
Yes, all vaccinations are covered as long as your pet is under 6 months of age.
Is there a waiting period before I can bring my pet to see the vet?
No, there is no waiting period. Just join and pay the initial upfront payment and you visit can can see the vet that day.
How often can my pet visit the vet? It says 'Unlimited Consultations'!
Unlimited initial consultations* means you have peace of mind you and your pet can visit as many times as you like throughout the year . If you feel your pet is unwell or you have any questions about their health, you can simply phone one of our VetLove clinics for an appointment.
*An initial consultation does not include a revisit for an existing condition, and does not include after hours or home visits or consultations on Sundays or Public Holidays. Any medication, pathology testing or procedures will incur a fee.
What if my pet needs to visit the vet weekly or subsequent visits are needed?
A revisit fee will incur for the same condition. Revisits will only be advised when considered necessary and in the best interest of your pets health.
What if I no longer wish to pay as I have hit financial hardship?

What if my pet sadly passes away?
Should a VIP member sadly pass away, then the subscription can be transferred to another pet within the same family or to another family member’s pet.
What if I get another pet?
You can join them also for 10% less of the membership fee.
