VIP Club
The goal of the VetLove VIP Club is to provide veterinary care and preventative medicine at a discounted price, so passionate pet owners can budget for the very best in veterinary care and have peace of mind their pet is happy and healthy all year round.
The VetLove VIP Club will allow us to regularly update you with offers, new technologies, news and promotions.
The VetLove VIP Club is a program developed and owned solely by VetLove, and as such, we retain the right to adjust and modify the program at any time, to ensure that we continue to provide a viable service and continue to save our clients’ money to support excellence in Veterinary Care.
Each Membership is restricted to one cat or dog within the household. Each household may hold multiple memberships if they are a multi pet household.
Membership fees are payable upfront or monthly, and will be debited by the VIP Club from an account nominated by you, the client. Missed payments will incur an administration fee.
Each membership will be for a period of 12 months. Cancellation is allowed only within 3 months of the sign on date or on the anniversary of that sign on date. If a cancellation occurs within the cooling off period (3 months from sign on date) then discounts previously applied to the clients account will be reversed and are payable by the client directly to the clinic. This is to ensure the viability for the program for all VIP Club members.
In the event of a cancellation a $40 management fee will apply.
Each and every VetLove VIP Club member pet must be microchipped in order to join the program.
AQIS consultations, behavioural consultations, referral consultations, grooming services and emergency consultations, are excluded from the discounts applied to the program.
The fees applied to the program as of 2019 are as follows:
- $40 fee applied upon signing onto the program, then (11) monthly payments of $40 until the anniversary of the program. The ongoing payments per month are then debited at $40 from this time onwards.
- Any dishonoured debits will incur a $10 dishonour fee – payable at the next months drawing.
- VetLove reserves the right to review the costs of the program annually as price increases dictate within the industry.
- Should you wish not to renew your annual membership at due date, please provide 30 days notice.
The VetLove VIP program allows each member to benefit from:
- Free veterinary consultations in regular opening hours (excluding emergency visits)
- 10% off professional services and medication
- Free yearly complete health screen – (blood test) including blood screen (PreGa- only to be used as health check screen – not for a sick or convalescing blood screening) and urine test (USG and dipstick)
- $250 rebate on a fresh breath dental scale and polish
- Free annual vaccination program – Puppy or Kitten series or C3, C4, C5, F3, F4 or F5 only
- 10% off the yearly heartworm prevention injection
- Free heartworm test (if necessary)
- Free nail clips for cats and dogs
- 10 % off all premium pet foods and parasite controls
After hours consultations are excluded from the VIP program.
Fair Use: The member acknowledges the above terms and conditions and also accepts that these benefits are restricted to what would be considered “fair use”. VetLove reserves the right to terminate membership if usage is deemed in our opinion to be an unfair load on other VIP Program members and VetLove staff.
Acknowledgment: The member acknowledges the above terms and conditions and agrees to abide by them and any new terms and conditions that may be applied on occasion by VetLove management. The VIP Program is an initiative of VetLove Support ABN 21164466728 and all its related entities.
It is also accepted that the VIP program is a “wellness program” not an insurance policy covering all veterinary costs incurred by an individual.
